Type to Learn

Grade 3

In third grade we want students to learn the position of their fingers, body, and at a very basic level how to type short words and sentence. We will not require them to complete exercises in order to proceed to a higher level, but we want them to complete at least 15 of the 25 lessons in a consecutive period of time in order to assimilate what they are learning.

Grade 4

In fourth grade we want students to review what they learned about the position of their fingers, body, and at a very basic level how to type short words and sentence. We will not require them to complete exercises in order to proceed to a higher level, but we want them to complete at least all 25 lessons in a consecutive period of time in order to assimilate what they are learning by the end of the year, building on what they learned in 3rd grade.

Grade 5

In fifth grade we want students to go beyond exposure for our students and have them complete lessons 1-15 with required exercises. This will build on what they learned in grades 3 and 4.

Grade 6

In sixth grade we want students to go beyond exposure for our students and have them complete lessons all lessons, reviewing if desired what they did in fifth grade.
