Review entering data correctly, line graphs, bar graphs, and introduce pie charts. With each, explain the correct time to use them based on the data being collected. Review cell names, the sum function, and teach them how subtract, divide, and multiple what are in cells.

Grade 5

Review entering data correctly, line graphs, bar graphs, and introduce pie charts. Review cell names, the sum function, multiplication, division, subtraction. Teach the the autofill function for months of the year and days of the week.

Grade 6

Review entering data, graphing, cell names, autofill, and teach them how to autofill based on a series that has already started. Show them how to use excel in preparation for their science fair projects.
