Course info:
Start in back of school even with bleachers (start is on the road, not in the stadium.) Go around the school and down James Madison Dr. Right on 123, then a right onto Oak Valley. Right on Lakevale. Right on Vale access road. Right on Flint Hill Rd. Follow entrance into Flint Hill Elem and run on the road there. Back onto Flint Hill Rd and then a left on Sunrise into back of the school.
Follow to stadium and finish with lap on the track.
