Donation and Volunteering form

DONATION FORM (PDF)

Help make our graduation night prizes special. This year, given the economic situation, we would be especially appreciative of monetary donations, goods, services, and new electronic devices such as digital cameras, iPods, etc. On the creative side, we have previously had donations of themed gift baskets, such as:

• Dorm Room Basket: bulletin board, highlighters, study pillow, warm throws;
• Car Care Basket: car wash coupons, air fresheners, car wash brush, chamois drying cloth;
• Study Break Basket: micro popcorn, DVD movie, snack bars, floor pillow;
• Caffeine Break Basket: coffee mug, Starbucks gift certificates, bag of coffee, mug warmer

The items above are just sample ideas. We welcome your creative variations (NO gift cards, please.) If you can put together a basket to donate, please contact either Pat Milan at (703) 242-1613 or Jennifer Warren at (703) 620-2989. They will arrange to pick up the basket any time starting May 1st. You can also drop off the basket to Madison's main office indicating that it belongs to the After Grad Celebration.
