The Vienna-Madison Community Coalition (VMCC) a school-community partnership established in 1995, promotes a drug, alcohol, and violence-free environment for youth in the community.  It has recently become a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization.

    Parent Agreement to Collaborate
    in the Effort to Curb Underage Drinking and Drug Abuse

The Vienna-Madison Community Coalition invites parents of Madison High School students to sign a formal agreement which affirms their awareness of the problems of underage drinking and drug use in the Vienna-Oakton community.  By signing the pledge, parents agree to actively chaperone socializing in their homes and encourage other parents to call at any time regarding social activities in their home.The Coalition will compile a new list for this year that includes the names of  those families that have signed the agreement.  Please feel free to download the list that includes the names of  those families that have signed the agreement (PDF).  We suggest that you insert this list in your Madison phone directory, in order to have it as a ready reference.  We invite you to call other parents to ask about social activities in their homes.
