• Have completed a VHSL eligibility form (in PDF format)
• Be enrolled at James Madison High School
• Live in the James Madison School District
• Have passed 5 subjects the previous semester, or have 1st semester freshman status
• Be currently taking 5 or more credit subjects
• Not have reached his/her 19th birthday on or before the 1st day of August of the year participating
• Not have been enrolled in High School for more than 8 semesters
