Procedures for Notification of Cable-Reception Problems

Reston Schools:

Please observe the following procedures if you are experiencing cable-reception problems:

  1. Refer to your Reston/Comcast cable headend guide for answers to the most commonly asked questions about using the cable TV headend. The attached PDF document includes set-up and signal routing diagrams.

  2.  Contact the IT Service Desk by phone at (703) 503-1600 or by email to ITServiceDesk@fcps.edu

  3. E-mail or Call Kevin Lawton (703-503-7427) for information on programs or programming and for videotaped copies of needed programs while your cable system is down for service.

All Other FCPS Schools:

Please observe the following procedures if you are experiencing cable-reception problems:
