"How To Be An M2P..." Poetry Project
According to Roger von Oech (A Kick in the Seat of the Pants), there are four distinct roles each of us encounters during the implementation of the creative/idea-making process. These roles are: Explorer, Artist, Judge and Warrior.
The Grade 8 Advanced Multimedia Productions students studied the distinguishing characteristics, personal values and tasks critical to the effective performance of each role. They then selected one role, and wrote a "How To Be An M2P..." poem which identifies their interpretations of that role's performance criteria.
The following opinion poems demonstrate each student's understanding of how they intend to work together - during the creative process - to achieve their M2P project production goals.
