Tiptoid -

How many times have you been stressed before a presentation (for example - book talks, anchoring on a TV news show, acting, singing)? We've been in these situations a lot, and over time we've learned some strategies to reduce our stress. We want to pass them on to you. So, here are some tips that may help you with your stress!

* Say no to things you know you can't do right now.

* Think of others, but don't forget yourself.

* Work ahead on assignments or homework.

* Come to work/school prepared.

* Talk to someone if you have a problem, BUT don't tell the whole world your secrets.

* Take breaks, but be responsible - keep them short.

* Include the points of view of others in with yours.

* Use the saying “STOP, CHILL, THINK.”

So whenever you are stressed you should use this little guide to help reduce your stress. IT WORKS!
