Issue - How to insert music on your website
Tiptoid -
Everyone loves music. Choices vary, however, from person to person. But that's all right when you're planning to put music on YOUR website. But how do you do that?
Well, as I've discovered, it's a really easy process once you know the steps - so here they are!
First, put your favorite CD (that you've purchased), into your computer's CD drive. Your computer's MP3 player will automatically pop up with a list of the song tracks. Save the track(s) that you want to upload to your computer and exit.
Next, find a host site to host your music. An example is – filelodge.com
Once you finish uploading the song(s), you put the URL code they provide for you on the tag labeled songURL:
<bgsound src="songURL" loop=infinite>
Finally, you copy and paste the tag to your website's HTML and you're done!
With this technology, people will be able to learn about your music preferences while reading the content of your website.
Please note: Copying music or video that doesn't belong to you is stealing. If you have any questions about the appropriateness or legality of what you are doing, please ask a parent, teacher, or your school librarian. Thank you.
