Issue - How to overcome glossophobia (Part 1)

Have you ever been asked to speak in public; such as, your classroom, school, or a business meeting? Did you feel queasy, uncomfortable, or nervous? If you did, you may be glossophobic.
Glossophobia is the fear of public speaking, and is very common, even with seasoned public speakers! More than 75 percent of Americans surveyed report that they suffer from glossophobia. But you can overcome your fear! Here are a few simple tips to help you to be calm and cool when it's your turn to speak.
