Directions for Downloading Files

Macintosh

  1. Click-and-hold* on the name of the file you want to download. A menu will appear.
  2. Choose Save this Link as . . . A save dialog box will appear.
  3. By the word Format, click and select Source.
  4. Click on Desktop and then Save.

Windows

  1. Right-click* on the name of the file you want to download. A menu will appear.
  2. Choose Save Link as . . . A save dialog box will appear.
  3. For the first file downloaded, click-and-hold on Download folder, then scroll down and up to select Desktop. Click Save.
