- Mr. Nelson Penserga, Band Director, is in his twelfth year of teaching. He taught at Lake Braddock Secondary School for four years and has also taught in Kansas and Delaware. Mr. Penserga received his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a master's degree from Kansas State University. Band

- Mrs. Nancy Hayes, Chorus Director and Music Participation Lab, has taught in Fairfax County for 24 years. She previously taught at Longfellow MS and Willow Springs and Oak Hill Elementary Schools. She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, BME and George Mason University, MA Music Ed.

- Mrs. Cheryl Cooley, Orchestra Director, has taught in Fairfax County for 24 years, the past 14 at Centreville High School. She is a free-lance cellist and conductor in the state. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri and Kansas City Conservatory of Music and George Mason University. Orchestra

- Mr. Gary Verhagen is the Music Therapist at Liberty and also teaches a Music Participation Lab class. He has been teaching in Fairfax County for 9 years and has been practicing music therapy for 18 years. He received his Master’s Degree from the University of Miami. Music Participation Lab
