  • Dear Parents/Guardians: These are the dates for the Parent/Teen Traffic Safety Presentation; 3/5, 4/30, and 6/4. This is a MANDATORY requirement in order for your child to receive their DEC-1 Card. It is intended for ONLY STUDENTS enrolled in FCPS Grade 10 Health & PE Classes. Please make sure you complete the registration form and select ONE presentation to attend AND receive verification of completion for that presentation. YOU MUST ATTEND THE ENTIRE PRESENTATION WITH YOUR TEEN IN ORDER TO RECEIVE VERIFICATION OF COMPLETION. All presentations will be offered at the Lee H.S. Auditorium from 6:30-8:00. DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6:30PM SHARP, SO PLEASE BE ON TIME. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO PRESENTATION ONCE DOORS ARE CLOSED. If your child has already completed the Driver's Ed. Course and received a DEC-1 Card, they are not required to take the 90 minute presentation. (posted September 15, 2011)
