LANCER CODE OF CONDUCT

The policies of our school community are directed toward the development of six specific character traits.  It is the shared expectation of our school community that all Lancers display the following traits at all times in all circumstances.

HONESTY - Lancers are honest; we are truthful with others and ourselves by displaying integrity in all of our words and actions.  We do not lie, cheat, or steal.

REPONSIBILITY - Lancers are responsible. We accept that we are accountable for our actions, and for the consequences of our actions.

COOPERATION - Lancers communicate and work together to achieve common goals.

RESPECT - Lancers treat others, our surroundings, and ourselves, as we want to be treated; we acknowledge, appreciate, and tolerate our uniqueness.

CARING - Lancers demonstrate compassion for each other by recognizing and responding to individual needs. 

SELF-DISCIPLINE - Lancers are self-disciplined; we control and monitor our behavior and accept responsibility without infringing on the rights of others.
