Procedure of Registering Personal Electronic Device with LeeHS

    1. Fill out the registration form, you can find it below.
    2. Please turn in the form to a teacher after it is complete and your parents have signed it.
    3. After turning in your form the technology staff will complete the registration and give you a sticker to put on the device.
