Lee High School Blood Drive
June

The Lee High School Annual Blood Drive is taking place on June 4th 2009 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The blood drive is open to any person 16 years of age or older and also open to members of the community.

All students 16 to 18 years of age are required to complete a permission form that can be obtained from Ms. Schaefer in room 335 and must be returned before an appointment can be scheduled. Students must schedule their appointment in person. Permission forms can be obtained from your English, Science, or Social Studies teachers, the forms can be downloaded below.

The deadline for the scheduling of appointments is June 3rd. If there are any questions, please contact Ms. Schaefer at MDSchaefer@fcps.edu or refer to the Donor Eligibility Document below.
