Lanier MS staff members and community members are relentless in our efforts to ensure all students learn the rigorous academic program. Our approaches to instruction are responsive to and respectful of the individual needs of middle school students as we assess, plan, instruct, remediate and enrich student learning. These efforts work to close achievement gaps and advance students to higher levels of proficiency.

Lanier MS staff members and community members engage in decision-making focuses on improving student outcomes. These decisions are based on on-going assessment of student mastery of learning expectations. This drives our educational programs, instructional strategies, and use of resources to support student learning and success.
