If you answered yes to any of these questions, the following process applies:
- Complete the Transcript Request Form
- Transcripts are $5.00 each (payable by check, made out to “LHS,” or by cash- sorry, no credit cards).
- Current seniors:
- Bring your completed request form(s) and proper payment to your counselor. This applies to all transcript requests- No exceptions.
- Current underclassmen:
- Bring your completed transcript request form to the Transcript Secretary in the Student Services Office along with any other information that needs to be included, i.e. teacher or counselor recommendations, and all fees. No transcript will be mailed if the request form and fees are not received.
- Graduate or student who attended Langley within the past 5 years:
- Complete the request form and mail with applicable fee to:

- In addition, request forms may be faxed to the Transcript Office (703.287.2834) and applicable fees provided by a family member or friend. Requests will not be honored until payment is received.

Your records are maintained centrally and must be requested from the Office of Records Management.
Complete the Transcript Request Form, attach appropriate payment, and mail to the address on the form.
