Each athlete is required to have a completed VHSL physical turned in to the activities office in order to tryout for any sports team. The physical must be on or after May 1, 2009. The physical must be completed on a VHSL form (revised April 2007), which can be picked up in the Activities Office or can be printed from the Langley Sports website. Please make a copy for your records. All athletes must submit 2 copies of the Emergency Care form to the Head Coach before they are allowed to participate in tryouts or practices. One copy is kept by the Coaching Staff at all times and the other is kept by the LHS Certified Trainers.
