Lane PTA is selling special Domino’s Pizza Buy-One-Get-One-Free cards for just $10 each!

Each card features four coupons for buy one pizza at menu price, get one of equal or lesser value free, and six coupons for buy one large pizza, get one free medium pizza. Ninety percent of the cost of this card goes directly to support PTA programs and events.

If you're interested, please print out this page, fill out the form below, and send it to school along with payment. Checks should be made payable to “Lane PTA.” We’ll send your card home in the next Tuesday folder.
