Welcome to the Lane Elementary Clinic!

We are open every school day. Our hours are:

Mondays                     9 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
Tuesdays - Fridays       9 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

The Lane Clinic provides a variety of services to the school. We tend to ill children, offer first aid for minor injuries, administer medication following FCPS guidelines, perform vision and hearing screenings, and work with the rest of the staff to control and manage student exposure to contagious diseases.

Please note: Medication cannot be administered unless required procedures are followed. Both prescription and over-the-counter medications require srict adult supervision, and students are not allowed to carry medications with them to school. All medication must be stored and dispensed in the Clinic. Forms to authorize school staff to administer medication are available in the school office or can be downloaded from the FCPS homepage.

If your child becomes ill during the school day, we must be able to get in touch with you, the parents, or with other people who are authorized to pick up your child or make decisions about his or her health. Please make sure to update all of your contact information on the Emergency Care Information Form regularly, including emergency contact names and numbers.
