GEOSYSTEMS
- For students interested in learning about the uniqueness of planet earth using a multidisciplinary and technological approach
- Geosystems is an SOL course which integrates content from geology, astronomy, oceanography, and meteorology with various forms of technology, social and environmental issues, and hands-on experiments. Students will explore concepts using computers, telecommunications equipment, graphing calculators, probeware, CD-ROMS, and GIS and image processing software
- Grades 11 & 12 (no HONORS or AP sections available)
- Prerequisite - Two years of lab science (1 is chemistry)
