Plesiosaurus

Plesiosaurus meant "near lizard". He had four flippers. His tail was short and pointy. He was from 8-46 feet long and could weigh up to 200 pounds. His teeth were shaped like a cone so he could bite other fish and swimming animals. Plesiosaurus lived in the ocean and laid eggs in the sand on the beach. His bones have been found in England and Germany. Plesiosaurus was from the Jurassic Period.
