Gila Monster

The Gila Monster habitat is very large. They live in deserts and dry regions of gravelly and sandy soil with shrubs. They can be found under rocks. Sometimes they hide in the holes of other animals. Their life span is about 20 years. For their food, they eat small mammals, birds and eggs. The appearance of a Gila Monsters is pink with yellow and black shading. There are 4-5 dark bands on their tail and they are one of the two most venomous lizards.
