Welcome to K-1 where the education journey begins for your student with experienced staff to guide them for the next two years through the exciting world of learning. Like you, the K-1 teachers and para-professionals have high expectations for your child but we also understand that all children learn at their own pace and in their own way. We provide multiple opportunities and experiences for your child to explore the worlds of reading, writing, math, social studies and science. We integrate technology into all curriculum areas but we above all else still prize the power of the written word and the thrill of listening to a good story.
