Ms. Farnsworth is a native of Utah. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Utah. This is her 19th year of teaching English at the middle school level and her second as a Trailblazer teacher at Kilmer Middle School. Ms. Farnsworth finds the team name fitting because she does a lot of hiking throughout the summer. She loves the outdoors and enjoys backpacking, swimming and biking. Reading is another great passion of hers and one that she enjoys sharing with her students. In her English 8 classes, she looks forward to challenging her students as readers and writers. She expects that they will be proud of their accomplishments in both areas at the end of the year. |
