LOCATION
The library is located at the end of "B" Hall. A wall of windows brightens the whole room.
COLLECTION
The collection of more than 12,000 items is geared to middle school students. Books, magazines, and audio visual materials are selected to meet informational, educational, and recreational needs and are searchable in our online catalog.
Nonfiction subject areas are used for research and general information. Materials may be reserved by teachers in advance of large research projects, but otherwise, books may be checked out for three weeks at a time.
The large fiction and paperback collections are browsed for both book reports and recreational reading.
The Audio-Visual collection contains videos and videodiscs which support the curriculum and are available for teacher check-out.
OTHER RESOURCES
Almost every fiction book has a spine label identifying the book's genre. Students have an easy time finding favorite genres among both the hardbacks and the paperbacks.
The library offers a wide range of subscription databases offering high-quality content geared towards students across all disciplines.
The library's online catalog allows author, title, subject, and keyword searching of the library collection.
