About Us

   Our classroom is an elementary class consisting of seven students.  We are off to a great school year and have had a great time getting to know each other through a variety of activities.  We have a morning circle that is switch activated through the use of Boardmaker.  It allows each student to be an active participant in attendance, checking the weather, and the calendar.  We also have a weekly theme that we incorporate into morning circle.  So far, we have done activities surrounding “The Body”, “Hands and Arms” and “Legs and Feet”.  We also have a structured lesson in the afternoon that includes a book and activities that incorporate concepts learned in the story.  We are already learning so much and look forward to a successful 2009-2010 school year.
