Behavior Transition

The mission of the Behavior Transition program is to provide individualized behavior intervention strategies for students with disabilities who have previously exhibited severe and challenging behaviors in other schools.  The program strives to make positive behavior changes and reintegrate students whenever possible into their neighborhood special education programs.
