About Us

   Welcome to Classroom #312.  Our class is made up of seven secondary–aged students.  The Key Center School program really keeps us busy.  Opportunities to learn abound, both in the classroom and in other areas throughout the school and community.   We focus upon academic concepts and skills, utilizing differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs.   Each day, we work toward building independence, attaining functional life skills, developing communication skills, and regulating behavior to allow for maximal participation in activities.  Sounds like a lot of hard work, right?  Well it is………but you would be surprised how much fun we have along the way!   We are thankful for the amazing resources and technology available at Key Center School which enable us to maximize communication, access our adapted academic curriculum and overcome barriers to performing manual tasks.  If you are in the building, please feel free to stop by and see what we have going on.
