Safe and Drug-Free Bookmark Contest Winners!

This gives elementary and middle school students the chance to artistically express their determination to stay drug-free. Every year there are over 70,000 participants, from which 16 winners are chosen.

This year's theme was "Building Our Community to be Safe and Drug Free".
