Checkout: Students may checkout an unlimited amount of materials as long as they do not have any overdues. No additional checkouts will be allowed if there are overdues. Exceptions: up to three items in a series may be check out at a time and up to two playaways checked out at a time. Materials are checked out for three week periods and may be renewed if a hold has not been planced on the items(s).
Fines: No fines are charged for overdue materials, but students are charged for damaged or lost items.
Returning Materials: Materials must be turned in or renewed by the due date. Materials
Holds: Students may place a hold request on materials with the exception of graphic novels. If a hold has been placed on an item, it may not be renewed. Once a hold item has been returned, students will be notified through their English teacher and will have 3 days to pick up the item.
Computers: Computers are for Library, research and class assignment use only. Student's are expected to follow the Acceptable use Guidelines found in the SR&R packet. There are no charges for printing but students are asked to print no more than 5 pages unless discussing with the library staff first. Outside flash drives are not allowed. Students should save all work to either their H: drive or their Google Drive account.

**It is important to make sure you are using MLA 7 format; many web sites still use MLA 6 and have not updated their information to represent the correct format as of April 2009.
