Big Universe: A World of Online Children's Books This site includes complete member-contributed e-books in many languages as well as the beginnings of published books. Complete published e-books are available for a small fee.

Project Gutenberg Free e-books and audio books in many languages. The books are all in the public domain, so don't expect to find new titles.
