Hughes MS will be participating in the federal survey known as Impact Aid.  This survey is conducted annually by FCPS to receive federal grant funds designed to reimburse public school districts to compensate for the loss of tax revenue due to the presence of tax-exempt federal property within the school district.  Surveys have been printed for all registered Hughes students and all forms must be collected and sent to FCPS IT.  We need your assistance to make this possible.

Students will receive envelopes containing personalized STUDENT-PARENT SURVEY forms in their THIRD period class.    Each form is preprinted with the name and address of a student at the top. 

Please return the forms ASAP (on Thursday, November 5th if possible) as these forms are time sensetive.

Please make sure each of the following areas are complete:

• Parent/guardian signature and date
• Student name and address
• Parent employment information

Completed forms should be collected daily during third period until all forms have been returned.
