Impact Aid Survey

STUDENT-PARENT FEDERAL IMPACT AID SURVEYS will be handed out to Hughes Students. 

Each year, FCPS receives approximately $3,500,000 from this program.  Parents and guardians can help by completing the STUDENT-PARENT SURVEY that will be given to Hughes MS students on November 3, 2010.  The survey is used to support our request for federal Impact Aid funds.  

For each school-aged student in your household, please complete sections 2 through 6, sign, date, and return the completed survey to your child’s school by November 5, 2010. 

All families should complete the survey.  Information on the survey will be treated confidentially.
