The Office of Student Services includes the following departments:

- Career Center
- Special Services
- Clinic
The mission of our staff is to provide equitable access and services to all students enrolled at HHS. Students are exposed to a rigorous course selection process. The school counselors, assigned alphabetically, provide academic advisement, career and personal/social counseling services that help students meet their post secondary goals and aspirations. The Career Center Specialist supports the Student Services program by providing career awareness and exploration resources for students and parents.
If you have not done so already, please take time to meet your student's counselor. Our staff look forward to working with you.
Communication to parents is an important function of the student services department. In addition to updates on the website, "phone outs", and other annoucements, counselors will be utllizing group email notification through the Parent View/Naviance system. It is very important for all parents who have internet access to register for Parent View. Registering enables parents to have access to their students teachers' blackboard pages and to utilize career inventory and college planning tools. It also organizes parent email addresses into appropriate categories that allows us to send pertinent and timely information relevant to your student.
