Services
Your School Health Services Include:
- Care of sick and injured students
- Administration of medications required during the school day.
- Vision and hearng screening - all 10th grade and new to county students.
- Development of a health care plan for those students with chronic conditions that affect their school day.
Requirements
To ensure a healthy and safe day for your student please:
- Provice a completed Emergency Care Card
- Adhere to the proper procedures when signing out your son/daugther.
- provide ertinent information regarding your son/daughter's health which may impact their school day.
- Aderence to FCPS regualation 2102 regarding adminstration of medication.
