*Students are responsible for registering online to take college entrance exam. In addtion, students are responsible for sending their scores to colleges. For registration and test date information, log onto collegeboard.com or act.org
**TOEFL can be taken any time during the year. See your counselor for information on how to register. Registration Booklets are in the Career Center.

Senior Dues
This year’s Senior Class Dues are $80.00 which covers the following costs:
- Graduation Cap, Gown, and Tassel
- Diploma and Diploma Cover
- Patriot Center Rental cost for graduation ceremony
- Senior picnic/lunch at the end of the year
- Senior class gift
Payment should be made ASAP.
Checks should be made out to HHS and should be dropped off to Mrs. Barlow in the 12th grade (RED) office

Update Your Blackboard Accounts!
The Guidance and Career Center are both now able to send messages to
students via the Blackboard system. To get these timely email
reminders and updates from your counselor and career center specialist,
update your account following these directions:
- Login to Blackboard
- Look in the upper left corner for a box labeled “Tools”
- Click on “Personal Information”
- Click on “Edit Personal Information”
- Type in current email address
- Scroll down and click on “Submit”
- On next screen click “OK”
Volunteer Opportunities for High School Students
There are many ways that high school students can volunteer their time
to help others. The FCPS Career Connections Volunteer Opportunities
web site, found at http://www.fcps.edu/DIS/SchoolCounseling/CareerConnections/student/volunteer.htm,
offers a list of organizations that have volunteer opportunities
for young people, as well as tips on how to become involved in volunteer
activities.
