After Prom Donations Needed

2012 After Prom Chairs
We are currently in need of an After Prom Chair for this year. Preferably, this would be a Junior Class parent. We have several volunteers willing to work on committees, we just need a chairperson. Please consider stepping up to help with After Prom to keep our Juniors and Seniors safe on Prom Night. If you are interested, please contact Lee Fortna at Leefortna@comcast.net. Thank you.

After Prom Details - Attention Juniors, Seniors and Parents 
Admission to After Prom is included in the cost of Prom tickets for HHS students and their guests. HHS Juniors and Seniors may attend the After Prom Celebration even if they do not go to Prom. Those who want to come only to the After Prom Celebration may purchase an "After Prom Only" ticket for just $5! There will be lots of fun, food and prizes at After Prom so don’t miss out. After Prom is a drug and alcohol-free evening provided for the students of HHS every year. It is a great way to have fun with all of your friends and stay out super late! We are so fortunate that we have enough parents that want to continue this tradition—we are one of only a couple Fairfax County High Schools that still feel it is important enough to provide to our students!! There are prizes, inflatable games, music, food, video games, photos, did we mention PRIZES, and tons more fun to enjoy all night. While the celebration is an activity that has traditionally been organized by the HHS Junior class parents, we are part of the HHS PTSA and a DAFA event and welcome all grade level parents to become involved in any way—or activity! You will want to know all about this event when your child participates! It is strictly done on a volunteer basis. The celebration is meant to provide a safe and fun alternative to other less desirable after prom activities. The After Prom Committee needs lots of caring parents who want to ensure a safe place for their kids to conclude prom night! All we need is a little of your time and energy to make this year's After Prom Celebration successful. Volunteers are needed in many areas. Come join in on the fun!!!
