Krisna Taylor, Director of Student Services

Ms. Taylor is a product of Fairfax County Public Schools having graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School.  Upon receiving her Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Virginia State University, she accepted a high school counseling position within Prince George’s County Public Schools in Maryland.  After counseling and leading the Counseling Department at Surrattsville High School for six years, Ms. Taylor transitioned over to Fairfax County Public Schools where she returned to Lake Braddock Secondary School to serve as a high school counselor.  There she was the Collaborative Team Leader for three years and lead the department in becoming an award winning, data driven, comprehensive school counseling program. 

Ms. Taylor believes education is the great equalizer, opening doors of opportunity for all.  She strives to help every Herndon student find success in their high school experience.
