Contributions and Donations

Your cash contributions and in-kind donations are needed to help this year’s amazing group of graduating seniors celebrate their four years of hard work and high academic achievement.

Ticket sales and the volunteer efforts of hundreds of parents are vitally needed, but are not enough to make the Hayfield Secondary ANGP happen.  Contributions from parents, businesses, community groups and others are very much needed and will be very much appreciated.  Donations for the Class of 2007 ANGP can be made payable to the Hayfield PTSA-ANGP and mailed to Jamie Pumpelly at 8214 Lazy Point Lane  Mason Neck, VA 22079 or Hayfield Secondary School – ANGP at 7630 Telegraph Road  Alexandria, VA 22315.

Volunteers

Celebrate Your Student’s Achievements by Volunteering Today

The ANGP is going to be one of the memories your student will cherish for a lifetime.  After 4 years of hard work and study, every student of the graduating class deserves a fantastic send-off.  The best way to ensure that the All Night Grad Party is a complete success is by volunteering.  Show your student how much you appreciate all the hard work they put in at Hayfield Secondary by volunteering.

Join Us Today

Right now volunteers are working to plan and prepare for the party.  Activities, donations and fundraising are being arranged.  Decorations, mementos, prizes and gifts are being acquired, and more.  Volunteers will be needed from now until after the party.  You can volunteer for committees that are active now or for ones that will be active closer to the party, or both.  Volunteers will also be needed the night of the party.  Find out what you can do to help make this ANGP a wonderful memory for your student and their classmates.

It’s Fun and Rewarding

It is fun to work with fellow parents and one of the last opportunities to help out for your senior in their high school career.
