Hayfield Elementary Student Council Association (SCA) fosters the development of leadership, promotes excellent citizenship, and provides opportunities for each student to give service to the school and the community. The SCA Council is comprised of the officers, representatives-at-large, and two representatives from each classroom in grades four through six.
