The Groveton FECEP program is a child development program for three and four year old children from the Groveton community. Children must be from income-eligible families. Our program involves parents, volunteers, community and staff working together to provide comprehensive services to the children. Our program meets the child's emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. We make frequent visits to the students' homes, providing home-learning activities to supplement classroom experiences. Groveton's FECEP/HEADSTART classroom provides each child with a fun, hands-on learning environment with lots of TLC! Our program prepares the children for the rest of their educational years through a positive first time school experience .
