Title I Math at Graham Road
At Graham Road, the Title I teacher collaborates with classroom and special education teachers to strengthen mathematics instruction.  The teachers work together to plan appropriate mathematics instruction using manipulatives and active and interactive strategies.  The teachers also develop assessments to measure student progress toward meeting math objectives.  The results of all assessments are analyzed so that program adjustments can be made.  The Title I math teacher also provides instruction to students to help them develop math concepts, problem solving strategies, and computational skills.

SULA at Graham Road
The Graham Road Title I reading teacher has the responsibility for supporting professional growth of their colleagues and the literacy performance of students, particularly struggling readers. This reading teacher provides instruction to students and serves as a resource to teachers. She also supports, supplements and extends classroom teaching as she works with small groups of students after school. Overall, the Title I reading teacher works collaboratively with teachers and administrators to implement a quality reading program that is research based and meets the needs of students.
