School Supplies

As part of their student orientation during the first week of school, each team will provide a specific list of supplies. Depending on grade level and academic needs, these lists vary. However, every student at Glasgow uses a uniform Master Binder as a key Approach to Learning. Glasgow AVID students use this binder as a Strategy for Success. The binder is organized to include supplies that all students need for a successful year:

• 4" "D-ring" three-ring binder
  Some students find that zippered binders help them contain their papers and supplies.
• 2 sets of three-ring divider pages with tabs
• wide-ruled loose leaf paper
• three-ring zippered pencil case
  • # 2 pencils
  • highlighters
  • colored pencils
  • pens (black, and one alternate color that is not blue)
  • glue sticks
• 1 single pocket folder pocket folder
  

Students enrolled in music and fine arts courses keep separate Developmental Workbooks for which they need an additional set of these supplies:

• three-ring zippered pencil pouch
• pencils
• wide-ruled loose leaf paper
