Beginning Orchestra

Grade 7-8, 36 weeks

Beginning level string class introduces students to instruments of the string orchestra and develops beginning skills. Guidance will be given by the instructor in the selection of an instrument. Simple duets, rounds, and other literature will be performed in class. Rehearsals and performances outside of normal school hours may be required as a part of this course.
