Parent Liaison

The Parent Liaison provides resources, support and strategies to enhance both staff and parental understanding of the needs of military children. Additionally, she works to encourage parent involvement in their child's education. She facilitates special programs, such as Project ExCell/LIFT and informational Principal Coffees, and coordinates volunteer participation in school events. She may assist with parent conferences and with issues relating to school adjustment. Above all, she is the link between families and school and is willing to asssist in whatever way necessary to insure student and family success at Ft. Belvoir.
