Winter
Winter is a time for dormancy for many plants and animals. We continue to use our 5 senses to make observations about what is going on in nature to prepare for the winter months.
Here are a few of the things we will be observing throughout the winter:
- Evergreens - Comparing trees with needles and trees with broad leaves.
- Water Cycle - The three states of water--liquid, solid, and gas.
- Natural Resources - Protecting our Earth's natural resources.
- Sources of Light and Shadows - Learning about rainbows, light, and shadows.
