Back-to-School Physical Rodeo

Fort Belvoir will host its summer annual back-to-school physical rodeo July 11, August 1, and August 15.


Keep Kids Engaged in Learning During the Summer: for U.S. Military Families has Brain Fit programs to keep your students engaged over the summer.

These activities below are located  

The Summer Activities Booklet free download challenges students to use math, science and English in new and different ways, like building a space
station, or writing their own anthologies.

Eight Week "Math Fitness Challenge" provides a problem a week for
elementary, middle and high school students to try. Beginning Monday, June
16 we will be posting a problem for each grade level every week on Facebook.

For those high school students, please do not forget also

Military Maker Festival is a STEM festival for all military connected youth (dependents of active, National Guard, Reserve, DoD Civilians, DoD contractors, and retirees).
